Bank One Corporation
Jamie Dimon became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank One Corporation in March 2000. Bank One is the nation's sixth-largest bank holding company, with assets of more than $270 billion. Bank One currently serves 53 million credit card holders, 7.1 million consumer households, 490,000 small businesses and 20,000 middle market companies. It also manages $148 billion of clients' investment assets.
It offers a full range of financial services to large corporate and middle market commercial customers as well as consumers.
In his first two years, he has made dramatic improvements at Bank One. Jamie has strengthened the management team by promoting talented managers and recruited an outstanding team of experienced leaders. The company has fortified its balance sheet, improved customer service and become more efficient. This also has reached the bottom line: In 2001, Bank One posted earnings of $2.6 billion despite a difficult economy.
Jamie Dimon was previously President of Citigroup Inc., the global financial services company formed by the combination of Travelers Group and Citicorp in October 1998. In addition, he served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc., the company's investment banking and securities brokerage subsidiary.
He began his professional career at American Express Company, where he was assistant to Sandy Weill from 1982 until 1985.
A summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, Jamie holds an MBA degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, where he was a Baker Scholar. He serves on the Board of Directors of The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, Yum! Brands, Inc., University of Chicago, and Economic Club of Chicago as well as on the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the board of the Mount Sinai-NYU Medical Center and Health Systems.
Yvette Jones
Vice President of External Affairs
Tulane University
Yvette M. Jones has been Senior Vice President for External Affairs since July 2002 and is responsible for all externally-related activities at the University. In addition to overseeing the activities of the Tulane Board, she is the senior officer responsible for institutional advancement, including all giving programs, alumni affairs, development services and the planning for a $650 million campaign; federal, state, and local government relations; public relations and publications; technology transfer and business development; institutional research; and strategic and campus planning. Prior to assuming her current position, she was Senior Vice President for Planning and Administration. She has also served as Vice President for Finance and Operations, Chief of Staff and Executive Director of the President's Office, in addition to various other positions since joining Tulane University in 1979. Yvette received a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University.

Jonathan S. Marshall
Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel
RKO Pictures
Jonathan Marshall serves RKO Pictures in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel, overseeing operations, strategy and business and legal affairs of the Company. RKO Pictures is a motion picture production and distribution company recently reformed to exploit its 800-picture sequel and remake library and bring luster back to the famous RKO "globe and tower." The Company's most recent film, Shade, stars Stuart Townsend, Gabriel Byrne, Thandi Newton, Jamie Foxx, Melanie Griffith and Sylvester Stallone and will be released by Dimension Films in early 2004 and Blockbuster Video later that year. Marshall also serves as special advisor to the Voodoo Music Experience, which takes place each October in New Orleans and is currently producing a concert film under the Louisiana Film Tax Credit program.
Marshall joined RKO in September 2001 after serving as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for the Shooting Gallery in New York where he oversaw all legal and business affairs aspects of the company in entertainment, real estate, intellectual property and litigation areas.
Prior to that, Marshall worked as an entertainment attorney for Loeb & Loeb, LLP in Los Angeles where he worked in the entertainment practice group in the areas of corporate finance, motion picture loans and mergers and acquisitions. Clients served while at Loeb & Loeb included RKO Pictures, Coutts & Co., NatWest Bank, Imperial Bank, Motion Picture Corporation of America, Cinetel Pictures and Landmark Entertainment.
Marshall began his career at Shearman & Sterling where he gained experience in corporate finance transactions, private placements and secured financing transactions working with clients such as Citicorp, Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Prudential and Oppenheimer & Co.
Marshall graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Cum Laude, and then received his Juris Docter, Summa Cum Laude, both at Tulane University. Marshall was also a member of the Tulane Law Review. Marshall has been a member of the California State Bar since 1988.

Raymond A. Mason
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Legg Mason, Inc.
Raymond A. (Chip) Mason founded Mason and Company in 1962 and has spent his career building the Legg Mason financial services organization. He serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Legg Mason, Inc.
He was born in Lynchburg, VA and spent his early childhood in Lynchburg but grew up in Bethlehem, PA. He graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1959 with a bachelor's degree in economics. He worked for his uncle's Lynchburg, VA brokerage firm, Mason and Lee from 1959-1962.
Mr. Mason founded Mason and Company, Inc. in May 1962 in Newport News, Virginia. In 1970, Mason and Company merged with Legg and Company, founded in Baltimore in 1899, to form Legg Mason & Company, Inc.
Mr. Mason has been very active in the securities industry. He served as Chairman of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) in 1986 and as a Board member from 1983-1988. He was Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in 1974-1975, and Chairman of the Regional Firms Committee of the New York Stock Exchange from 1978-1981. He is a past member of the New York Stock Exchange Nominating Committee. Mr. Mason was appointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to serve on a broker compensation practices committee in May, 1994. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the NASD.
His civic interests have been many. Mr. Mason is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of John Hopkins University and a member of the Executive Committee of John Hopkins Medicine. He has served the last six years as Chairman of the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education. He is the Chairman of the Partners in Excellence (scholarship program for Baltimore inner-city Catholic schools) and Chairman of the Children's Scholarship Fund in Baltimore.
In the past, he has chaired the Greater Baltimore Committee, he also served as Chairman of the United Way of Central Maryland Campaign, and served as Chairman of the Board of Sponsors for the Sellinger School of Business and Management of Loyola College. He has received Honorary Doctorate degrees from the College of William and Mary, Loyola College and Mount St. Mary's College.

Michael Newsome

Mr. Newsome is president and chief executive officer of Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc., a full-line sporting goods retailer, operating 290 stores in small markets within 20 states. He began his career in sporting goods with Dixie Sporting Goods while attending Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. About the time he began his career at Hibbett as an outside salesman, the company began expanding in operating stores through Alabama and the southeast. Hibbett went public in 1996. Hibbett is the only sporting goods chain committed to serving small markets. With a low-cost operation philosophy and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service, Hibbett has successful grown its store base at a compounded annual growth rate of 28%. Hibbett is one of the companies followed by the Freeman students through the Burkenroad Reports.

Duane C. Radtke is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Exploration and Production, Inc. Duane has a Mining Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin. He started his career in 1971 with Texas Pacific Oil Company. During the past three decades, he has held key senior management positions at Coquina Oil & Gas of Midland, Texas, Fluor Oil & Gas of Denver, Primary Fuels of Houston and Santa Fe Snyder Corp. of Houston. After Santa Fe Snyder merged with Devon Energy Corp., he was named president of the Houston-based international division of Devon Energy Corp. of Oklahoma City. Duane currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Offshore Energy Center, NOIA, and the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. He is a member of IPAA, TIPRO, and SPE.
